HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A WINTER SESSION?

- Click, book now.
- Enter contact information
- click pay now ($50 deposit due at booking) there will be 3 options A, B AND C make sure you pick the correct one so your time will be right.
- Enter Debit/credit card info (make sure all info is correct before submitting if payment isn’t correctly processed your appointment will not be booked) you can also use your bank account.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you with a receipt
- a reminder email will also be sent 48hour before apointment.
To receive the Promotion you will need to use the book now button above to reserve your spot. After the payment is processed it is non-refundable. If you or your family member have an emergency or you cannot make your session. You can either receive a gift card in the amount paid or you can use that amount towards another date.
Where will the session be?
Location will be emailed to you upon booking. Unless another location is determined.
What if It rains or the weather is bad on the day of our mini sessions?
incase of inclement weather, mini sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled. most likely the Following week or weekend

1. What is a WINTER session?
These sessions are designed to be easy and a convenient way to get family pictures before the holidays.
2. Who can participate in Winter sessions?
winter sessions can include immediate family members , even pets. If not immediate family members, sessions are limited to no more than 6 individuals given our time restraints.
3. what type of images will we get?
In your album you will have several family poses as well as at least one or two individual of each child.
4. what comes with the session?
depending on which session you chose your images will be available via download or disk. You may chose to print as many of these as you like.
5. Can i bring anything for the shoot?
YES! its encouraged that you bring anything that you would like in the shoot, such as a blanket, favorite toy, old rocking chair, book, family heirlooms, etc. I would love to fit yours in to make the shoot more personal.
6. Should i arrive early?
YES! please arrive 10 minutes early to your shoot to be sure we start on time. When you do arrive please remember to stay out of site of the family i am shooting as children get distracted very easily.
7. How long until i receive my images?
all photos will be ready within 1-2 weeks . I am giving two options this year for photos. 1. All photos can be put on a disk and mailed to you within the 7 day time frame if meeting plan isn’t arranged. I know for families with little ones it is hard sometimes to meet up for the images. or 2. Your images will be emailed to you and available for download. I will have a information sheet for you to fill out before or after your session determining how you would like to get your prints.
9. When do i pay?
A $50 non refundable fee will be due at the time of booking! (book now button above) this fee will be used towards future session if you can not make your session date.
Anything else i should know?
If there are going to be children in your session please make sure they are fed before the session and get plenty of sleep the night before. A well rested child is a lot easier to photograph then a child that won’t listen.
